Wooden/Kitchen Work

The execution description for the entire building (i.e., the three basements, the ground floor, the technical floor, and the fourteen repeated floors) is subject to the Bureau De Control approval. Moreover,

• Apartment entrance primary door is made according to city fire-safety code.
• Living room doors (pulling or sliding door as per the engineer’s request) are made of MDF with oak veneer or equivalent.
• All locks are European made or equivalent.
• Upper and lower kitchen cabinets (cupboards) are modern design made of Egger wood or equivalent, and water-proof melamine box, with granite counter and stainless or granite sink.
