Paint/Plaster Work

The execution description for the entire building (i.e., the three basements, the ground floor, the technical floor, and the fourteen repeated floors) is subject to the Bureau De Control approval. Moreover,

• Apartment internal walls and ceilings are painted with a sealer and many coats, as needed, and inter-coats as well.
• Kitchen and bathrooms ceilings are painted with sealer and coats of the same kind.
• Stairs walls are painted with Sigma plastic paint (Roll) or equivalent.
• The main entrée is decorated on the ceiling sides with plaster (gypsum) for hidden lighting.
