Tile Work

The execution description for the entire building (i.e., the three basements, the ground floor, the technical floor, and the fourteen repeated floors) is subject to the Bureau De Control approval. Moreover,

• Floor of apartment entrée, living rooms, dining room and their balconies are Gress or Ceramic or equivalent.
• Bedrooms tile is Gress or Ceramic or equivalent.
• Kitchen and bathrooms walls tile to ceiling is porcelain made class one commercial (or equivalent), and flooring tile is ceramic made class one commercial.
• House cleaner room tile is ceramic class one commercial.
• Tile Polish: Multiple coats as needed.
• Building stairs from third basement all the way to the building rooftop is marble or granite.
